What dress should i wear to my junior prom?

I would go for the second dress. Strapless dresses aren't so great for dancing in, because you have to keep pulling them up, and it can be uncomfortable. Also, the second one is longer, and short dresses have a tendency to wiggle up while you're dancing. With the second one you have a little extra coverage. Overall, the second one is better for dancing.
