What do you do if your friends start hating you?

I'm 13 years old and my friends jewels and jess hate me now. They hate me because i yelled at them because they started ignoring me and now there not talking to me any more. right now i have depression and i talked to the doctor about it so i dont need any advice for depression,i just dont know what to do.I cant tell my parents about it because its going to be awkward. PLZ HELP ME!
