Opinions as to how to change this team? Does it need fixing? 10 team league...?

Scan the waiver lines for a WR B. Johnson is hot righ now do the same thing for an upgrade at TE maybe look at Rosario of Carolina. For your RB's I would be looking for someone other than Thomas or Sproles.
