Tony Romo or Kyle Orton?

Should I start Tony Romo against the Giants or Kyle Orton against the Raiders this week? Right now, Romo is projected to get me more points. My other starters are Larry Fitzgerald, Hakeem Nicks, Robert Meachem, Matt Forte, Felix Jones, Brent Celek, Robbie Gould, and San Francisco D. My bench is Ryan Mathews, Braylon Edwards (bye), Joseph Addai (bye), and Eddie Royal. Any other advice is appreciated.
