I have nokia 1680c phone.It locked permanent, It means i will try 5 times to unlock then it lock.How I unlock?

I will have Nokia 1680c-2b cell phone but it lock..my country is Sri lanka ...i have try to unlock it at 5 times..Then it will be totaly lock...Pleace tell me how can i unlock it now........Plz
