What does it mean when there is a ring around the moon?

I am not talking about the ice crystals reflecting light!!! Another person said when she seen it,she felt like something bad was about to happen and it did.I have seen many hazy rings around full moons, but only one when the moon was full and it looked like you took a fine white pen and drew a perfect ring around the moon. It was perfect! No haze! When I looked up and seen this a very strange feeling came over me. I said to my friend that was standing beside me, something rally weird is about to happen. Just as I said that, it happened, I am not talking lions and tigers and bears scary. I am talking about demon manifestation scary ****! So don't give me none of that crystals refracting light at 30,000' bullshit. I know all about that. I want to know how it is linked to demon manifestation.
