I have swine flu should i go back?

to school today. i found out i had swine flu on thursday and i am on the medicine the doctor gave me for it to lessen the symptoms. i feel better but after a couple hourse of doing something i am tired and i still have a low grade fever. i am not susposed to go to school unitl i am symptom free. so do i go today or not. thanks
