Pregnant on the pill...keep it or wait?

i am 19 live with my fiance and his family i recently found out i am pregnant even though i have been on the pill, when i was 17 we had an abortion for our first pregnancy because we choose that as best option at time being... now we have been talking bout what to-do now and we know adoption out of the question for us either keep it or abort it. If we abort again we could wait a few more years till we have enough money to get married get house and gain the experiences to be good parents then have a kid when timing is right but after last abortion which honestly still kills me a bit to even think about it i not sure i want to have to go through it again. And if we keep it i not insured i am unemployed and a full time student and fiance working minimum wage job plus going to school full time ...i will no longer be able to go to school to take care of baby and it would be more like a family baby not our baby were we get to be the parents you know? well i hope this makes sence my fiance is leaning towards aborting but said ultimately up too me he will support me in my decision anyone have suggestions ...right now i wish i could win lotto so could afford wedding an house an insurance...o n my fiance has always wanted a big wedding if we have baby wont get to have his dream...i know i not very specific question but need as many people w/ good advice to give very over whelmed don't wanna make mistake then have it b to late
