Had unprotected , missed quite a few bc pills(loestrin 24) before quitting them all together a week ago?

I had been taking them for 2 months and decided to quit because of the side effects. I did not take them appropriately because of the side effects. The other day I had (TMI ALERT) brownish pinkish discharge a few times over 2 days....then nothing. Should I be expecting my period although I have not had one since the first month I started Loestrin? Is the discharge a sign of implantation or aunt flo?
