What would happen if America said NO! Your comments...please.?

America has always been the first to help, and the first to be called upon in times of need, and also the first to be turned on. I wish we could stop all foreign aid, just make all the whiners try to make it with out our help and technology, but that is not our way, we will continue to help even the countries that do not diserve our help.
