This question is about sniffer dogs.?

Dogs can sniff out drugs at airports. Presumably, the drugs give off a particular odour and the dogs detect it. But, what odour is given off by large amounts of cash, paper money, which these dogs are also trained to sniff out ? Anyone know anything about this ?
