It mentioned in Hindu religion that there are 330,00,0000 GOD/GODDESSES,explain pls.how they pray?

in a short life time it is very difficult to achieve ONE GOD .how it is possible for that much in numbers to deal with?this question is for the knowldge to understand abut HINDU GOD if one or so many?thanks for taking the time to answer.
