In the Sims 2 how do you get that little video to come up when they like have a baby or woo hoo or get married

It's like a little cineamatic when they have a baby or try for a baby or get engaged or get amrried. Like in some videos when the sim is having a baby that video pops up and the sims green diamond shakes and then theres two and the baby is in their hand
