I just watched CSI NY today(Run Silent, Run Deep) & Stella receives a gift called aresanob, what does it mean ?

I just started watching all the CSI's, so I'm jumping around from new episodes & all the old episodes. I watched CSI NY today on the Spike channel 58 - Run Silent, Run Deep which originally aired April 19, 2006, Season 2 Episode 20. At the end Det. Stella Bonasera receives a gift which is a kind of sculpture with faces all around the base & a white face in the middle. He tells her he made it for her & calls it aresanob(can't remember what he said it means) Stella looks up aresanob online & then she says Bonasera, which is her last name & then the show ends. I was hoping the next episode would continue where that one left off & explain more about this gift she received, but unfortunately, whenever I watch any of the old CSI episodes they're not in any particular order. So I was wondering does anyone knows what is the meaning of the sculpture?
