I have sole custody of my 16 yr old, she is now telling police she is afraid to come home. What can I do ?

She has issues and has previously accused her mom of physical abuse, neglect and drug abuse. Some allegations were true and some not. What can I do ? She ran to her mom who is only supposed to have supervised custody. I am going to juvenile court tommorrow to ask for help. Any suggestions? All this because she didn't want to tell she was cutting school.
