Hosting a Bridal Shower, menu help/ideas!?

Im hosting a bridal shower for 40-45 ladies and I have no idea how much food and drinks I should buy!! Im planning on doing a light brunchish buffet with, egg, chicken and tuna finger sandwiches, fruit salad, veggie tray, some sort of quiche or egg cerole, and maybe like a pasta salad. I'm also planning on having coke, diet, sprite,OJ, water, champagne and wine. I dont know how much stuff to buy, help!!
